Capital Steez, the late lyrical genius… For those who are unaware, he was the one responsible for getting Pro Era’s members together. Capital Steez left us suddenly around Christmas of 2012. Honestly, that’s not important, what is important is how much his music has transcended over these 4 years.

Steez was, scratch that HE IS, an artist that embodies everything that I love about Alternative Hip-hop. Steez’s ominous flow, his metaphors, and lyrics about as deep as the Marina Trench is what I l think is best about Steez.
